Things to know about MWH:
Ivan and Stefan (Colin as well) were born in Urbana, Illinois, but grew up in Montreal. I van studied piano and Stefan played the violin, Colin started out on piano, their father (Cosmic) Eugene plays the accordion and their mother Betty sings and teaches voice.
Ivan has a son. Stefan has 2 daughters, who sang a small part on the new album. Colin also has 2 daughters.
The latest confirmed news says that the dwarf in the video Safety Dance is Mike Edmonds ("Return of the Jedi", "Time Bandits", "Harry Potter"). No one knows who the girl is. Someone e-mailed us to tell us that he had kept all the props from the video shoot!
Ivan lives in Victoria, Stefan lives near Mont-Tremblant in Quebec, Colin lives in Montreal and in Victoria on Vancouver island, teaches voice and sings with the Victoria Opera Company, Lenny lives in Montreal and works in computers, Marika lives in southern California, Heidi lives in New Jersey, Allan died of AIDS about 6 years ago, Jerry Arrobas is in telemarketing and living in Mtl, John Gurin is a university professor, Jean-Marc writes jingles in Mtl, the still Famous Al Gunn hasn't left the island of Montreal since the tour in 1985, Bruce Murphy's a dentist in Chicago with his own band, and Tracy Howe lives in Ontario and recently reformed Rational Youth and The Normals. Ivan recently started to tour MWH music on his own and also put out a solo album under the MWH name.
